Utilizing the T-die extrusion technology we have cultivated over many years, we accept everything from development to contract production, even for small lots!

Do you have any experience with wanting to form fine shapes on the film surface, wanting to create a special compound resin into a film, having resin pellets available but not having a film grade in the lineup, being turned down due to small lot sizes, being able to prototype but not able to mass-produce, being unable to film due to soft materials or tacky materials, or being unable to laminate in a clean room? From prototyping with a small test machine to production with mass production machines, we will do our utmost to meet your needs! <General Environment> - Small extrusion test equipment with an effective width of approximately 210mm (single-layer to multi-layer, up to 3 types and 5 layers) - Mass production machines for extrusion lamination processing with effective widths from 620mm to a maximum of 2,150mm (multiple units) *Additional equipment: Co-extrusion, sand winding device, double-sided tandem, corona treatment, after corona, frame treatment, detectors, etc. <Clean Room> - Medium mass production machine with an effective width of approximately 650mm (single-layer) - Large mass production machine with an effective width of approximately 1,300mm (multi-layer) - Mass production machine for extrusion lamination processing with effective widths from 800mm to 1,400mm (AC treatment, sand winding device, single-sided tandem)
